Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking an experienced Benefits Administrator in the Philippines to manage enrollment, deactivation, and administration of company and government benefits. The role includes ensuring compliance with remittances, reporting, and payment administration to vendors.

The ideal candidate has a 4-year degree related to HR or Business Management and at least 5 years of managing benefits programs.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a 4-year course, preferably related to Human Resources or Business Management.
• Minimum 5 years of managing benefits programs.

Responsibilities

• On-time enrollment and deactivation of membership in insurances, company and government benefits.
• Compliance to government remittances and reporting.
• Administration of company and government benefits.
• Vendor Management – manage relationship with vendors and suppliers to ensure that services provided are satisfactory.
• Administration of payment to vendors and benefits accruals.
• Participate in the Compensation and Benefits Benchmarking Study.
