Ihg, L.c. is seeking a Senior Analyst, Business Analytics to deliver recurring HR and workforce analytics for hotels in the EMEAA region.

You will translate business questions into clear insights, validate data against KPI frameworks, and drive improvements in reporting and data structures. Responsibilities include mentoring analysts, collaborating with BI and data teams, and deepening business context across stakeholder groups.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or Statistics; or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years in BI or reporting with ownership of reports or insights.
• Hands-on Tableau/dashboard building; SQL for data investigations; understanding of semantic layers and report usability.

Responsibilities

• Deliver recurring BI reports and analyses for HR and Workforce Optimisation across hotels in the EMEAA region.
• Translate business questions into actionable insights with clear metrics and context.
• Validate data and align outputs with KPI frameworks and governance standards.
• Identify ways to leverage data for richer insights and cross‑team impact.
• Recommend improvements in reporting workflows, data structures, and semantic layers.
• Mentor analysts and collaborate with BI and data teams to resolve issues.
• Grow business acumen by understanding stakeholder interpretation of performance data.
