Job summary

IHG Hotels & Resorts is seeking an Analytics Portfolio Reporting Analyst to design, implement, and improve reporting and analytics across the Product & Technology portfolio. You will develop executive dashboards, automate reporting, and transform data into actionable insights for executive decision-making.

You will collaborate with P&T Portfolio Management and stakeholders to define requirements, build scalable analytics solutions, and enhance reporting quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of experience in program/project management, business analytics or BI.
• Experience creating executive-level reporting and dashboards.
• Experience gathering stakeholder requirements and turning them into solutions.
• Experience driving reporting automation and process improvements.
• Experience in data modeling and visualization.

Responsibilities

• Collect, consolidate, and report portfolio, program, and priority information from cross-functional teams.
• Develop and maintain executive-level portfolio reporting and dashboards.
• Create custom reports and visualizations using Tableau and Jira Analytics.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into analytics solutions.
• Design and implement automated reporting solutions to reduce manual effort.
• Leverage AI to automate data collection, summarization, consolidation, and preparation of executive reporting materials.
• Contribute to monthly, quarterly, and annual executive reporting.
