Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's with analytics focus and progressive analytics work experience.
• 5+ years in analytics or 3+ years with a master's in a related field.
• SQL and Python proficiency for data analysis and modeling.
• Experience with ML model development and evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Develop strong business knowledge of IHG One Rewards program.
• Execute small to mid-sized analytics projects end-to-end with light oversight.
• Apply feature engineering and model evaluation best practices.
• Support A/B test setup and results analysis.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify requirements.
• Prepare clear, business-ready summaries of analytical findings.
• Other duties as assigned based on focus of the role.
