Job summary

InterContinental Hotels Group is seeking an Analytics & Reporting Analyst to design, implement, and continuously improve portfolio reporting and analytics solutions. You will develop automated reporting and executive dashboards, leveraging AI-driven analytics to transform data into actionable insights for senior leadership.

The role requires 3-5 years in program management, business analytics, and BI, with strong Tableau, Jira Analytics, and Planview experience, and collaboration with P&T

Qualifications

• Degree in business-related field or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• 3-5 years of progressive work experience in program/project management, business analytics, or BI.
• Experience creating executive-level reporting and dashboards.
• Experience gathering stakeholder requirements and translating them into solutions.
• Experience driving reporting automation and process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Support collection, consolidation, and reporting of portfolio, program, and priority information from cross-functional teams.
• Develop and maintain executive-level portfolio reporting and dashboards.
• Create custom reports and dashboards using Tableau, Jira Analytics, Atlassian reporting capabilities, and Planview data.
• Translate business needs into analytics solutions by collaborating with stakeholders.
• Design and implement automated reporting to reduce manual effort and improve accuracy.
• Leverage AI to automate data collection, summarization, and preparation of executive reports.
• Contribute to monthly, quarterly, and annual executive reporting.
