Qualifications

• Graduate with a 4-year degree, preferably in Medical Science.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in Life and Health Insurance underwriting, especially HNW.
• Experience in HNW reinsurance negotiations and case placements.
• Strong coaching, mentoring, and communication skills.
• Experience with AI-driven adaptive learning and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Manage reinsurer partnerships for HNW underwriting and facultative placements.
• Interpret treaties and ensure compliance with limits and capacity.
• Assess and manage high-value life and health risks for HNW clients.
• Develop HNW training programs and technical playbooks for the team.
