Job summary

Manulife Financial Philippines is seeking a Financial Sales Associate to provide life insurance and wealth management solutions to clients of the bank. You will work with branch sales and service teams to deliver tailored product solutions, driving upsell, cross-sell and long-term relationships through proactive client service.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and prefer bancassurance or relevant sales experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/College degree required.
• Bancassurance sales experience preferred; experience in banking, transport, pharmaceutical, FMCG, hospitality or IT industries is also welcome.
• Must be self-driven and highly motivated.
• Personable with good interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide life insurance and wealth management solutions to clients.
• Collaborate with branch sales and service teams to address client needs with innovative product solutions.
• Build long-term client relationships through excellent service and follow-up.
• Assist in lead generation, sales calls, presentations, and reporting to management.
• Promote referrals and perform KYC/CDD/EDD as required.
