The role emphasizes building long-term relationships, meeting sales targets, completing KYC/CDD/EDD, and delivering excellent service.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree.
• Experience in bancassurance sales is highly preferred; other sales and customer service backgrounds are welcome.
• Self-driven and highly motivated with strong interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide life insurance and wealth management solutions to bank clients.
• Collaborate with branch sales and service teams to address protection, savings and investment needs.
• Strengthen client relationships through excellent service and ongoing support.
• Assist in achieving sales goals through lead generation, calls, and presentations.
• Conduct KYC and due diligence in line with regulatory requirements.
• Prepare sales plans, reports, and documentation for management review.
• Promote referrals and cross-sell MCBL products.
