Job summary

WTW Philippines is seeking an Associate Manager to join the Health & Benefits (H&B) business development team in the Philippines. The role owns an assigned sales pipeline and personal revenue target, progresses opportunities, and coordinates internal resources to deliver high-quality pursuits.

As an individual contributor, you will support client engagements, prepare buyer-focused proposals, and coach junior colleagues while complex commercial decisions remain with the Manager or Head of

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in employee benefits, insurance brokerage, consulting or B2B solution sales.
• Proven track record in B2B sales and meeting sales targets.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships with key stakeholders and engage senior clients.
• Ability to coach and guide junior colleagues; people-management experience not required.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain and progress an assigned sales pipeline across H&B Philippines products with clear next steps and timelines.
• Achieve personal sales targets through acquisition of new clients and defined opportunities within profitability guidelines.
• Independently manage standard to moderately complex pursuits from research to proposal coordination and handover.
• Develop relationships with client stakeholders, insurers, partners and internal colleagues to advance opportunities.
• Maintain knowledge of the employee benefits market to support client conversations and opportunity development.
• Develop strong knowledge of local H&B products, solutions, and technology and seek guidance for non-standard solutions.
• Identify cross-LOB and cross-product opportunities and coordinate with Lead Relationship Managers and specialists.
• Prepare buyer-focused proposals and sales materials that connect client needs with WTW value propositions.
• Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns, workshops, and thought-leadership activities and track outcomes.
• Use mandated sales tools and maintain complete pipeline information.
• Coach junior colleagues on projects and learning activities.
