The Apex Group in Makati City, Philippines is seeking a Supervisor – Fund Accounting to lead daily NAV calculations and client deliverables. This role works closely with Europe/Singapore/US teams to ensure accurate reporting and timely closures.

You will review NAVs, perform reconciliations, and coordinate with brokers and clients. The ideal candidate has 9+ years in hedge fund administration and a finance qualification.

Qualifications

• Experience in hedge fund administration or related finance roles.
• M.Com/CA/MBA or CFA/finance degree.
• Strong Excel and analytical skills.

Responsabilités

• Plan, schedule and manage daily client deliverables.
• Review/prepare NAVs for hedge fund clients (daily/monthly).
• Prepare cash/position/market value reconciliations and resolve breaks.
• Review pricing and corporate actions; reconcile dividends/interest.
• Accrue daily/monthly non-security fees including management and financing.
• Coordinate with internal/external stakeholders and ensure high SLA.
• Support audits and month-end investor reporting.
