Job summary

The Apex Group seeks a Supervisor – Fund Accounting in Makati City to lead daily NAV calculations, reconciliations, and client reporting for hedge funds. You will coordinate with Europe/Singapore/US teams and ensure timely delivery of estimates and resolutions.

Ideal candidates have 9+ years in hedge fund administration, strong Excel skills, and experience in audit support and team leadership. This role offers exposure to global clients and continuous process improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience in investment management or finance-related firm.
• 9–12 years in hedge fund administration or related industry experience.
• M.com/CA/MBA – Finance/CFA
• Familiarity with Paxus is a major plus.
• Strong analytical, numerical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and manage daily workflows of client deliverables within the team.
• Review and prepare NAVs of hedge fund clients daily/monthly.
• Prepare cash/position/market value reconciliations and resolve breaks.
• Notify clients/CSMs of valid breaks and make necessary adjustments.
• Review pricing and corporate actions; ensure correct reflection in books.
• Finalise month-end NAV and investor-level allocation reports.
