Job summary

ZWM Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Senior Sales Manager to lead excavator sales, expand the customer base, and drive growth in the heavy equipment market in the Philippines.

You will develop strategies, manage key accounts, and coordinate with sales, account management, and operations to meet targets while delivering strategic value to contractors, government agencies, and rental firms.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of the Heavy Equipment Industry, especially excavators.
• Proven relationships with top and active contractors, government, mining, quarry, rental firms.
• Experience with government bidding processes and procurement cycles.
• Ability to resolve client issues strategically and maintain long-term partnerships.
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills for diverse audiences.
• Proven track record in fast-paced, high-growth sales environments.
• Experience with top excavator dealers in the Philippines is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform the end-to-end sales management.
• Develop sales strategies, identify sales leads, and generate new customer database.
• Monitor sales metrics and forecasts, and adjust plans accordingly.
• Introduce the product and services to new customers.
• Meet monthly visit targets and conduct strategic sales presentations.
• Design and customize sales proposals and quotations per customer needs.
• Build strong relationships with key customer stakeholders at all levels.
• Maintain relationships with active customers and pursue long-term connections.
• Resolve conflicts and provide timely customer solutions.
• Monitor competition and industry trends; analyze sales data to close gaps.
• Validate lead quality and pipeline data to improve data accuracy.
• Prepare weekly/monthly sales status reports.
