Job summary

IMS People Possible is expanding its healthcare recruitment team and seeks a motivated professional to manage the full lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding. You will identify and engage top healthcare talent across channels, screening and coordinating interviews while partnering with hiring managers and clients to meet staffing needs.

You will maintain precise ATS records, build pipelines for current and future roles, and deliver an outstanding candidate and client experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 9 months of Healthcare Recruitment experience.
• Experience in end-to-end recruitment within Staffing, RPO, or Agency environments.
• Strong sourcing, screening, and candidate assessment skills.
• Experience in client management and recruitment reporting is an added advantage.
• Exposure to international hiring (US, UK, or APAC) is a plus.
• Familiarity with ATS/CRM platforms and modern recruitment practices.
