You will support customers’ onboarding journey and identify key revenue opportunities while delivering an exceptional experience. You will shape the onboarding strategy for the country, develop customer segments, and lead flawless execution of the onboarding motion with cross-functional partners across Sales, Marketing, and Operations.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree holder.
• 5+ years B2B SMB sales/service experience is a huge advantage.
• Excellent English communication; multi-tasking to meet deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
• Familiarity with CRM tools.

Aufgaben

• Support SMB customers on Payoneer onboarding using Salesforce, Salesloft, Marketo for KYC approvals.
• Strong customer engagement, objection handling and negotiation to draft win-win deals with target customers.
• Scalable email communication with new accounts while collaborating with various cross functional teams.
• Troubleshooting operational and payment issues for new customers with their first purchases.
• Partner with central functions and regional sales teams across different verticals to drive new business growth.
• Working closely with e-commerce customers from Amazon, Shopee, eBay and others for a seamless onboarding experience.
• Analyze customer trends and user behavior to identify opportunities for scalable outreach and execute test-and-learn projects.
• Collaborating with cross functional teams such as Marketing, Partnerships, Enterprise, and Operations to support new seller acquisition initiatives for marketplaces.
• Coordinate, facilitate and co-host industry events, workshops, seminars with partners and marketplace platforms.
