Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Lead, coach, and manage Senior Sales Designers and Sales Designers.
• Establish sales targets, performance standards, and account strategies.
• Monitor pipelines, conversion rates, and team productivity.
• Cultivate relationships with high-value clients and strategic accounts.
