Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• 8+ years of relevant sales experience, preferably in interiors, architecture, luxury home products, or related industries.
• 3+ years of sales leadership or people-management experience.
• Strong commercial and business-development track record.
• Demonstrated ability to manage high-value clients and strategic accounts.
• Strong understanding of design, architecture, materials, finishes, and interior solutions.
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, communication, and relationship-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
• Lead, coach, and manage Senior Sales Designers and Sales Designers across the Group.
• Establish sales targets, performance standards, account strategies, and business-development priorities.
• Monitor sales pipelines, conversion rates, revenue performance, and team productivity.
• Cultivate relationships with VVIP clients, architects, designers, developers, and strategic accounts.
• Guide sales designers in translating client requirements into viable solutions.
• Represent the Group with sophistication and credibility in industry events and client meetings.
• Foster a high-performing, client-focused sales organization.
