Job summary

MicroSourcing in the Philippines invites a Senior Graphic Designer to join our B2B marketing team. This fast-moving role requires turning complex concepts into eye-catching visuals for web, campaigns, and events, working with our global marketing team during night shifts while coordinating with US/EMEA teams.

You have 3–6 years in design, a strong portfolio, and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite plus Figma. A SaaS or security product background is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field, or equivalent experience
• 3–6 years design experience in SaaS or fast-moving environments
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite; strong portfolio across digital, print, and social
• Experience with Figma, Canva or similar tools
• Able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong English proficiency, written and spoken
• Bonus: experience with developer tools or security products

Responsibilities

• Create stand-out graphics for website, digital campaigns, events, and sales enablement
• Collaborate with global marketing team (US/EMEA) to translate concepts into visuals
• Maintain design consistency while evolving the brand look
• Use AI and modern tools to speed up delivery
• Turn complex concepts into clear, compelling visuals
