Job summary

Outsourced is seeking a creative Graphic Designer & Video Content Specialist for a remote, full-time position in the Philippines. You will craft digital campaigns, social media creatives, brochures and event graphics, while collaborating with a fast-moving marketing team.

You should have 2–3 years of professional design experience, a strong portfolio across digital and print, and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva. Able to deliver high-quality visuals under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

2-3 years of professional graphic design experience in corporate, agency or marketing settings.
Strong portfolio across digital, social, advertising and print design.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro) and Canva.
Excellent typography, layout, colour, composition and visual hierarchy skills.
Ability to translate briefs into compelling visual content for multiple channels.

Responsibilities

Design high-quality social media tiles, carousels, banners and campaign assets for LinkedIn, Meta, Instagram, and others.
Develop assets for paid advertising campaigns across platforms.
Adapt concepts into multiple sizes and channel-specific formats.
Create visuals to improve clicks, engagement and conversions.
Collaborate with marketing to translate campaign ideas into visuals across digital and print.
Prepare artwork for print, exhibitions and event production.
Edit short-form videos for social media and campaigns; apply basic motion design when needed.
