Qualifications

• 2–3 years of hands-on graphic design and video editing experience in B2B, corporate, agency, or marketing environments.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro) and Canva.
• Ability to produce collateral across digital ad platforms, print production/prepress, and short-form video formats.
• Strong layout, typography, composition, visual hierarchy, and color theory.
• Highly self-motivated with strong time-management and remote collaboration using Teams.

Responsibilities

• Design high-converting social graphics, carousels, infographics and paid ads for LinkedIn, Meta, Instagram, and Google Display.
• Create polished B2B brochures, eBooks, pitch decks, case studies and templates with strict brand consistency.
• Produce print-ready large-format artwork, trade show graphics, signage, and pull-up banners; coordinate with vendors for exact specs.
• Edit engaging short-form video content for social media, webinars and ads; add motion graphics and captions.
• Collaborate with marketing to brainstorm campaigns and translate briefs into visually compelling designs.
• Manage multiple project timelines remotely; maintain asset libraries and oversee quality of final deliverables.
