Job summary

MicroSourcing in the Philippines invites a Senior Graphic Designer to join our B2B marketing team. This fast-moving role requires turning complex concepts into eye-catching visuals for web, campaigns, and events, working with our global marketing team during night shifts while coordinating with US/EMEA teams.

You have 3–6 years in design, a strong portfolio, and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite plus Figma. A SaaS or security product background is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field, or equivalent experience
• 3–6 years design experience in SaaS or fast-moving environments
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite; strong portfolio across digital, print, and social
• Experience with Figma, Canva or similar tools
• Able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong English proficiency, written and spoken
• Bonus: experience with developer tools or security products

Your Role

Mend.io is looking for a fast-moving, ideas-driven graphic designer who can turn complex concepts into fresh, eye-catching visuals - quickly and consistently. You'll work side by side with our global marketing team (US and EMEA) to create standout graphics for our security and developer audience, always pushing for better design and faster turnaround.

• Work at a fast pace, juggling multiple projects at once - tight deadlines are the norm here.
• Bring new creative ideas to every project and help shape our visual identity as we grow.
• Collaborate daily with the marketing team and our designer to deliver polished graphics for our website, digital campaigns, events, and sales enablement.
• Understand our security product so you can translate technical ideas into clear, compelling visuals.
• Keep our design consistent but never stale - you'll help evolve our look, not just maintain it.
• Use AI and modern tools to work smarter and speed up delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field, or equivalent experience
• Background in B2B Sales is a must.
• 3–6 years of professional design experience, including animation and video
• Strong portfolio showcasing digital, print, and social media design work
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
• Experience with Figma, Canva, or similar design tools
• Solid understanding of typography, color, layout, and brand guidelines
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to high-quality, polished work
• Creative thinker who stays current on design trends and best practices

Prior Experience

• 3-6+ years as an in-house designer or at an agency, ideally for a fast-moving SaaS company.
• A portfolio that proves you can deliver high-quality design, fast - across different formats and channels.
• Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
• Bonus if you've worked with developer tools or security products - or can learn fast.
• High level of English (written and spoken).
• You get things done. You take ownership, move quickly, and always bring new ideas to the table.
