Job summary

MicroSourcing, a leading offshore managed services provider in the Philippines, is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer for B2B marketing. This role focuses on fast-paced, ideas-driven visuals for our security and developer audience, collaborating with US and EMEA teams.

You will craft polished graphics for website, campaigns, events, and sales enablement, manage multiple projects, and stay current with design trends while using AI tools to speed delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3–6 years of professional design experience, incl. animation and video.
• Strong portfolio showcasing digital, print, and social media design work.
• Solid understanding of typography, color, layout, and brand guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Turn complex concepts into fresh, eye-catching visuals quickly and consistently.
• Collaborate with global marketing teams (US/EMEA) to produce graphics for security and developer audiences.
• Deliver polished graphics for website, digital campaigns, events, and sales enablement.
• Maintain and evolve visual identity while ensuring consistency across channels.
• Leverage AI and modern tools to speed up delivery.
