Job summary

MicroSourcing is hiring a Graphic Designer / Creative Producer to craft digital and print assets that align with brand guidelines and campaign briefs. You will support national and local marketing initiatives while ensuring on-brand quality across channels.

Working from home with a day shift, you’ll collaborate with internal teams and external vendors, manage multiple projects, and push creative excellence in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio showcasing digital and print work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across teams and external suppliers.
• Strong understanding of brand consistency and asset management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and produce creative marketing materials based on campaign briefs while ensuring compliance with brand guidelines.
• Design digital assets for eCommerce platforms, social media, SEM, SEO, email marketing (EDMs), landing pages, web banners, and other digital campaigns.
• Create print collateral, including POS materials, posters, brochures, merchandising assets, price tickets, and sales support materials.
• Design internal communication materials and company collateral to support business operations.
• Maintain and evolve brand standards in collaboration with the Senior Graphic Designer, including store signage, vehicle graphics, and product packaging.
• Manage production workflows, digital assets, and creative files while supporting process improvements and workflow efficiency.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, creative agencies, printers, and external vendors to ensure projects are delivered accurately and on schedule.

Your Role

As a Graphic Designer / Creative Producer, you will develop and deliver creative marketing assets across digital and print channels, ensuring high-quality, on‑brand materials that support national, local, promotional, and retail marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Create print collateral, including point‑of‑sale (POS) materials, posters, brochures, merchandising assets, price tickets, and sales support materials.
• Design internal communication materials and company collateral to support business operations.
• Maintain and evolve brand standards in collaboration with the Senior Graphic Designer, including store signage, vehicle graphics, and product packaging.
• Manage production workflows, digital assets, and creative files while supporting process improvements and workflow efficiency.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with experience working across cross‑functional teams and external suppliers.
• Strong understanding of brand consistency, production standards, and creative asset management.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in a fast‑paced retail, franchise, or digital agency environment.
• Experience using production workflow systems, digital asset management (DAM) platforms, or content management tools.
• Knowledge of product packaging design, large‑format signage, and print production or prepress requirements.
