You will develop concepts, create materials such as brochures, posters, packaging, and signage, and ensure final artwork meets technical specs while aligning with the client's brand and strategy.

Position Summary

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to manage and oversee the graphic design process, developing innovative design solutions that enhance both in-house and external client branding and marketing across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts and deliver high-quality designs for digital and print materials, including brochures, flyers, packaging, and signage.
• Work closely with account managers to understand client requirements and translate their vision into effective designs.
• Collaborate with the wider team to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
• Prepare final artwork files for printing, ensuring they meet all technical specifications.
• Stay updated on the latest design trends and technologies to continuously improve quality.
• Use Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.
• Utilize Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) at a high level.
• Design for various platforms and media, including digital, print, presentations, events, retail POS, custom signage, packaging, and marketing materials.
• Photo edit and retouch e-commerce and lifestyle imagery to align with brand aesthetics.
• Deliver print-ready artwork and ensure dye lines are correct for production.
• Meet tight deadlines while juggling multiple projects.
• Exhibit excellent communication and client-facing skills.
• Demonstrate exceptional organization, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
