Responsibilities

• Accountable for timely and compliant financial disclosures across entities.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of balance sheet and P&L reporting.
• Coordinate external audits and tax submissions with Finance Factory and regulators.
• Develop controls and governance to mitigate financial and tax risks.
• Collaborate with regional teams to align with group requirements and deadlines.
• Support implementation of group initiatives at legal entity level.
