Job summary

Folqs, a fast-growing DTC supplement brand, is seeking an experienced Google Ads Specialist to own and scale our core Google Ads ecosystem, including Search, Shopping, and Performance Max, while expanding cold-traffic on YouTube. You will partner with the marketing team to test angles, optimize funnels, and drive profitable ad spend.

This role focuses on high-scale Google Ads, DR video funnels, VSL testing, and landing page optimization, with YouTube as a critical secondary growth engine.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on media buying experience with Google Ads in ecommerce.
• Experience managing $50k+/month in profitable ad spend across Google Ads.
• Deep expertise with Performance Max, Shopping, keyword strategy, and Merchant Center feed management.
• Strong YouTube Ads capability with cold-traffic campaigns using VSLs.
• Solid working knowledge of long-form landing pages, quiz funnels, and direct-to-checkout flows.
• Minimum 6-hour daily overlap with US Eastern Time (10:00 AM–4:00 PM ET).
• Fluent in English (written and verbal).
• Daily use of AI tools for research, ideation, and rapid workflow execution, with strong data analysis capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Drive full-funnel Google ads across Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display, and Demand Gen with brand defense and retargeting logic.
• Scale cold-traffic YouTube campaigns using VSLs and optimize structure, placements, hooks, and attribution.
• Oversee Merchant Center feeds, policy compliance, and server-side/conversion tracking (GTM, GA4, multi-touch).
• Collaborate with copywriters and video editors on high-performing ad copy, fresh VSL concepts, and landing page messaging.
• Execute systematic A/B tests across keywords, bidding, ad copy, video angles, and landing page flows; monitor CAC and ROAS daily.
