Dexcom is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to accelerate global scale across GSCPAA, strengthening governance and digital capabilities for connected planning. You will drive end-to-end improvements in supply chain governance, data, systems, and KPI definitions across regions.

The role collaborates with IT, analytics, and vendors, aligning stakeholders across time zones to deliver sustainable processes and better inventory decisions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in business analysis or process excellence.
• Experience delivering cross-functional improvements end-to-end.
• Translate business needs into clear requirements and solutions.
• Proficiency with Excel, SQL and BI tools; data-driven mindset.
• Lean/Six Sigma familiarity preferred, practical outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery for complex cross-functional problems and align stakeholders on scope and success criteria.
• Translate business needs into clear requirements and solution options (process, data, systems).
• Map current and future state processes, identify root causes and standardize.
• Define KPIs and operating measures; establish ownership and review cadence.
• Facilitate global cross-functional sessions with supply chain, finance, quality, IT; drive decisions to closure.
• Collaborate with IT and analytics for design, build, testing, and deployment; support change management.
