The Payroll Accounting role handles monthly global payroll journals, accruals, GAAP compliance, and close processes while collaborating with a remote, global team. Strong Excel skills and experience in payroll accounting are essential.

Qualifications

• Execute global payroll month-end journals and Oracle close tasks.
• Calculate and record complex payroll accruals (bonus, leave, severance).
• Maintain US GAAP compliance and SOX control documentation.
• Must be comfortable working with a remote manager and global team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver monthly payroll flux analysis in partnership with FP&A.
• Test new earning and deduction codes across payroll systems.
• Support financial audits and statutory filings.
• Improve close efficiency and update payroll accounting process documentation.
