Qualifications

• 4–6 years managing complex cross-border immigration cases.
• Strong knowledge of immigration compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
• Experience managing external immigration counsel and government agencies.
• Experience mentoring junior team members.
• Practical understanding of data privacy for immigration records.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, fully remote environment.
• Fluent in English; another language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own complex immigration cases end to end (permits, visas, extensions, status changes).
• Be the escalation point for escalations from employees and managers.
• Lead compliance by tracking policy changes and risks across regions.
• Maintain and update country requirements and processing times in knowledge base.
• Mentor and coach Junior Global Mobility Specialists; coordinate with external counsel.
• Identify process improvements to speed up and simplify mobility.
