Job summary

Xerox Holdings Corporation is seeking a Reporting Manager to lead the GBS Record to Report function in Cebu, Philippines. This role manages over 20 team members and drives modernization of financial reporting with standardized global practices.

You will work with regional CFOs and transformation teams to deliver accurate monthly results, improve insights, and ensure controls and audits are met, including SARBOX, while coordinating with global partners in a hybrid, second-shift environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, or equivalent.
• 10+ years in accounting/finance with reporting analysis; 5+ years leading multiple teams.
• US GAAP knowledge and multinational financial oversight.
• US GAAP knowledge and multinational financial oversight.
• Strong organizational, analytical, problem solving and communication skills; experience leading virtual teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple managers and teams to deliver accurate month-end results.
• Transform reporting using modern tools and AI-enabled insights.
• Review, standardize and improve reporting processes with global alignment.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements, including SARBOX.
• Partner with stakeholders to support business analysis and reporting change.
