Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
• 10+ years of accounting or finance experience.
• At least 5 years leading multiple teams or managers.
• US GAAP knowledge and experience with multinational balances.
• Working knowledge of general ledger and reporting/visualization tech; aware of AI tools such as Claude/ChatGPT.

Overview

Xerox is seeking a Reporting Manager to lead our GBS Record to Report reporting function in Cebu, Philippines. This role leads multiple managers and their teams, representing a reporting organization of more than 20 team members with capacity to grow. You will help transform financial reporting from legacy processes to technology enabled insights while strengthening standardized, global reporting practices.

What You Will Do

• Lead multiple managers and their teams in delivering accurate month end results, financial analysis, and reporting.

• Transform financial reporting by moving legacy processes toward modern tools and technology enabled insights.

• Review, eliminate, standardize, and improve reporting processes while supporting global process alignment.

• Ensure compliance with internal controls and internal and external audit requirements, including SARBOX.

• Partner with stakeholders and transformation teams to support business analysis, Business Reviews, knowledge transfer, and successful delivery of reporting change.

What You Need to Succeed

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, or equivalent.

• 10 or more years of accounting or finance experience, including financial or reporting analysis and at least 5 years leading multiple teams or managers.

• US GAAP knowledge and experience managing financial responsibility for significant balances in a multinational environment.

• Working knowledge of general ledger and reporting or visualization technologies, with awareness of AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or similar solutions.

• Strong organizational, analytical, problem solving, and communication skills, with experience leading larger, virtual, or multi layered teams through change.

• Use reporting, visualization, general ledger, collaboration, and AI enabled technologies to support reporting modernization.

• Participate in remote knowledge transfer activities that support the transition and standardization of processes in Cebu.

• Work within a transformation focused environment where you can influence process improvement and reporting effectiveness.

• Follow a 2nd shift schedule with a base schedule of 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM, working onsite for the first six months and hybrid thereafter.
