Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Financial Accounting, Financial Reporting, FP&A or related finance functions.
• Solid knowledge of US GAAP principles.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, analyze, and distribute monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Perform financial analysis, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
• Support planning, forecasting, reporting activities, and ad hoc analyses.
• Collaborate with finance and business teams to ensure accurate reporting deliverables.
• Lead reporting improvements and automation initiatives; ensure compliance with policies.
