Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance or equivalent.
• 10+ years in accounting or finance with 5+ years leading multiple teams.
• US GAAP knowledge and experience managing significant balances.
• Working knowledge of general ledger and reporting/visualization technologies with awareness of AI tools.
• Strong organizational, analytical, problem solving, and communication skills with leadership of virtual teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple managers and their teams delivering month-end results, financial analysis, and reporting.
• Transform financial reporting by moving legacy processes toward modern tools and AI-enabled insights.
• Review, eliminate, standardize, and improve reporting processes while aligning globally.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements, including SARBOX.
• Partner with stakeholders to support business analysis, knowledge transfer, and reporting change.
