Job summary

Xerox Holdings Corporation in Cebu, Philippines, is seeking a Reporting Manager to lead the GBS Record to Report function. You will oversee more than 20 team members, driving standardized, technology-enabled financial reporting and insights.

You will transform legacy processes, ensure controls and audits, and collaborate with regional finance teams. The role follows a 2nd shift, onsite for six months, then hybrid, with knowledge transfer across regions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance or equivalent.
10+ years in accounting or finance with 5+ years leading multiple teams.
US GAAP knowledge and experience managing significant balances.
Working knowledge of general ledger and reporting/visualization technologies with awareness of AI tools.
Strong organizational, analytical, problem solving, and communication skills with leadership of virtual teams.

Responsibilities

Lead multiple managers and their teams delivering month-end results, financial analysis, and reporting.
Transform financial reporting by moving legacy processes toward modern tools and AI-enabled insights.
Review, eliminate, standardize, and improve reporting processes while aligning globally.
Ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements, including SARBOX.
Partner with stakeholders to support business analysis, knowledge transfer, and reporting change.
