Job summary

Xerox Holdings Corporation is seeking a Reporting Manager to lead the GBS Record to Report function in Cebu, Philippines. You will manage multiple managers and their teams, delivering accurate month-end results and financial reporting.

You will modernize reporting with AI-enabled insights, ensure internal controls and SARBOX compliance, and partner with regional CFOs, finance, and transformation teams to standardize global processes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance or equivalent.
10+ years of accounting/finance experience with 5+ years leading multiple teams.
US GAAP knowledge and multinational balance responsibilities.
Working knowledge of general ledger and reporting/visualization tools; familiarity with AI tools like Claude or ChatGPT.
Strong organizational, analytical and communication skills; experience leading virtual teams through change.

Responsibilities

Lead multiple managers and their teams delivering month-end results and reporting.
Transform financial reporting by moving legacy processes toward modern tools and AI-enabled insights.
Review, eliminate, standardize, and improve reporting processes while supporting global process alignment.
Ensure compliance with internal controls and internal and external audit requirements, including SARBOX.
Partner with stakeholders and transformation teams to support business analysis and reporting change.
