Responsibilities

• Lead strategic, complex initiatives across the Configuration & Testing Center of Excellence to improve client experience and operational effectiveness.
• Define and advance global standards, processes, and governance for configuration and testing.
• Drive redesign of end-to-end configuration and testing for simplification, automation, and AI-enabled improvements.
• Translate business needs into governed requirements and partner with Product and Technology to implement scalable solutions.
• Champion an AI-first and automation-focused mindset to reduce manual effort and accelerate delivery.
• Provide governance and strategic oversight of configuration and testing capabilities, ensuring alignment with requirements and readiness.
• Define readiness and validation requirements and support deployment and adoption of new capabilities.
• Lead stakeholder engagement, enablement, training, and adoption strategies across regions and teams.
