Job summary

Visa is seeking a Configuration Senior Consultant to lead the implementation, maintenance, and governance of client configurations across Visa’s payment processing platforms. You will guide complex client initiatives, roll out new products, and drive process improvements with a focus on risk management and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent qualification.
• At least 10 years’ experience with solid understanding of payment systems.
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical topics into practical business solutions.

Responsibilities

• Delivers technical and advisory configuration leadership to ensure changes are implemented without customer impact.
• Provides expert consultative support to Clients, Client Services, Risk, Product, and Sales.
• Leads diagnosis, troubleshooting, and resolution of complex configuration issues.
• Maintains governance standards and drives high-quality client outcomes.
• Mentors and trains team members on configuration standards and emerging capabilities.
• Collaborates with internal stakeholders to ensure end-to-end alignment on implementation outcomes.
