Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field.
• At least 3 years of managerial experience in tech, logistics, or BPO.
• Strong people leadership and mentoring abilities.
• Experience leading projects and process-improvement initiatives.
• Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage audit teams supporting clients across Asia, Europe, and the Americas.
• Monitor team performance to meet KPI and service levels.
• Analyze operational data to identify gaps and improvements.
• Drive process standardization, automation, and simplification of manual tasks.
• Mentor team members and provide coaching for continuous improvement.
• Create and maintain SOPs and process documentation.
• Support audit reviews, meetings, and initiatives focused on excellence.
