Job summary

RecruitNest Consulting seeks an Audit Supervisor to lead Logistics Data Analysts/Auditors across Asia, Europe, and the Americas, overseeing audit operations and resolving exceptions.

You will mentor teammates, ensure timely deliverables, monitor KPIs, and implement SOPs to improve efficiency and compliance.

This fully on-site role at IT Park, Cebu requires a proactive leader who can start immediately and build strong carrier/client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
• 2+ years in supervisory or team leadership role.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems.
• Experience in logistics or financial analysis is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to start immediately.
• Professionalism and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support Logistics Data Analysts/Auditors managing client accounts across Asia, Europe, and the Americas.
• Oversee audit processes to identify and resolve errors and exceptions.
• Prioritize team tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely deliverables.
• Use KPI reports and scorecards for planning and audits.
• Monitor performance against customer metrics and SLAs.
• Collaborate with carriers and customers to meet needs and ensure service quality.
• Serve as escalation point for issues with timely resolutions.
• Implement and maintain SOPs across operations.
• Identify non-standard processes and work with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency and compliance.
• Maintain documentation in SharePoint or other repositories.
• Participate in audits, meetings, and performance reviews for improvements.
• Provide regular coaching and guidance to team members.
• Foster a positive team environment and continuous improvement culture.
