Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is partnering with a leading Philippine food and beverage group to recruit a General Manager for its glass manufacturing operation. This senior role requires deep glass manufacturing expertise and strong commercial, operational, and financial acumen.

You will lead the plant's performance, drive productivity and continuous improvement, and ensure safety, quality, and profitability while partnering with ownership and senior leadership on strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• 10-15+ years of manufacturing experience.
• Significant exposure to glass manufacturing operations.
• Senior leadership experience in roles such as General Manager/Plant Head.
• Deep expertise in glass furnace/melting operations, forming, production planning, and quality management.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end glass manufacturing operations and plant performance.
• Own budgets, forecasts, and P&L management for the plant.
• Drive productivity, safety, quality, and operational excellence.
• Develop and execute short- and long-term business strategies.
• Lead workforce development for 300–400 employees and leadership succession.
