Job summary

Michael Page is recruiting a senior production leader to supervise the manufacturing of absorbent glass material for AGM battery production in Bulacan. The role requires 8+ years in manufacturing and 5+ years in leadership, with hands-on experience in high-volume, shift-based operations.

You will ensure safety, quality, and efficiency while guiding a multidisciplinary team and collaborating with cross-functional departments.

Qualifications

• Engineering, manufacturing, or related degree required.
• 8+ years in manufacturing, preferably AGM or lead-acid battery production.
• 5+ years in production leadership or managerial role overseeing large multidisciplinary teams.
• Knowledge of AGM battery manufacturing processes and documentation from Product/Process Engineering.
• Proven track record of building teams, coaching supervisors and driving performance.
• Experience in high-volume manufacturing and shift-based management.
• Strong safety, compliance and analytical skills.
• Open to expatriates; willing to work in Bulacan, Monday–Saturday.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage the production of absorbent glass material to meet quality standards.
• Develop and implement efficient production schedules and workflows.
• Monitor and maintain equipment and machinery for optimal performance.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality control protocols.
• Train and lead production staff to achieve operational goals.

• Manage resources effectively to minimise costs and maximise productivity.
