The role requires 8–10 years in manufacturing leadership, with at least 5 years in a plant/general management position. You will manage cross-functional teams, budgets, and continuous improvement initiatives to sustain growth and competitive

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of leadership experience in manufacturing.
• At least 5 years in a plant/general management role.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain, quality control, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and direction for plant operations to achieve production, quality, safety, and financial goals.
