Job summary

Booth & Partners is hiring a GL Accountant to support its Corporate Accounting team across fund structures. You will handle general ledger activity, reconciliations, intercompany accounting, and budgeting processes, while ensuring GAAP compliance and timely reporting.

You will work in a remote offshore setting with cross-time-zone collaboration, leveraging AI tools to improve productivity and analysis. A Bachelor's degree in accounting and 4–5 years of GL/GP accounting experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 4–5 years general ledger accounting experience, GP accounting preferred.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Experience with Concur, budgeting, and variance analysis is a plus.
• Proficiency with ERP systems such as Oracle or Yardi.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain general ledger entries for GP entities within fund structures.
• Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual balance sheet reconciliations and close.
• Reconcile intercompany and affiliate accounts across entities.
• Prepare journal entries and supporting analyses for month-end and quarter-end closes.
• Maintain loan amortization schedules and recognize interest income.
• Manage Accounts Payable audits and sub-ledger reconciliation.
• Assist with quarterly and annual entity-level financial statements.
• Review Concur transactions and perform internal audits.
• Support budgeting and quarterly re-forecasts with variance analysis.
• Collaborate on ad hoc analyses with Corporate Accounting and Finance leadership.
