Job summary

Continental Tires Manila Business Services Inc. seeks a General Ledger Supervisor to lead accounting close, ensure IFRS compliance, and coordinate跨-border financial reporting. The role collaborates with US and Europe teams, supports internal audits, and drives process improvements in a hybrid Manila setting.

The ideal candidate has 10–12 years in accounting/finance, SAP proficiency, and leadership experience in an international manufacturing context. Night-shift flexibility is required.

Qualifications

• 10–12 years of accounting/finance experience
• CPA preferred but not mandatory
• SAP experience required
• Experience in an international company or manufacturing environment is a plus
• Supervisory/management experience preferred but open for high-potential individuals
• Willing to work night shifts depending on business needs

Responsibilities

• Supervise a small team of accountants covering accounting processes (intercompany, GL, FP&A)
• Manage monthly North America close processes and coordinate with internal stakeholders
• Ensure balance sheet accounts are reconciled and reviewed monthly
• Coordinate with US Fort Mill team and Corporate Accounting in Hanover to ensure IFRS compliance
• Liaise with external auditors for annual audit and quarterly review
• Support plants and other functions with internal audit
• Ensure IFRS and FRM compliance across accounting operations
• Maintain internal controls and adherence to company policies
• Drive process improvements
