Job summary

Cyzerg is seeking a hands-on General Accountant to support all accounting and financial tasks for a client. The role requires working 8 PM to 5 AM PH time, with responsibilities spanning from journal entries to payroll processing and financial reporting.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance, have 3–4 years of experience, and are proficient in QuickBooks or ERP, with advanced Excel skills and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 3–4 years of accounting and finance experience.
• Willing to relocate to Clark Pampanga.
• Able to work from 8 PM to 5 AM PH time.
• Strong knowledge of QuickBooks or ERP solutions.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
• Documents financial transactions by entering account information.
• Preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, cash flow projection, accounts receivable aging report and other reports.
• Preparation and sending of invoices to clients for cost outside of insurance coverage.
• Record, monitor, and report accounts receivable and follow up with clients/insurance companies.
• Recording, tracking, and establishing payment schedules for accounts payable.
