Job summary

Cyzerg is seeking a hands-on Bookkeeper to support accounting and financial activities for a US-based client from Clark Freeport, Philippines. You will have 8am–5pm US time alignment, work with invoices, reconciliations, payroll, and reporting, leveraging QuickBooks and ERP tools.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance with 3–4 years of experience, strong Excel skills, and excellent English. Competitive salary and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Solid accounting background with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
• Documents financial transactions by entering account information.
• Preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, cash flow projections and other reports.
• Process invoices and client billing for services outside of insurance coverage.
• Record, monitor, and report accounts receivable and follow up with clients/insurers.
• Record and manage accounts payable with payment schedules.
• Process payroll for US employees and maintain payroll records.
• Maintain organized accounting trails (receipts, invoices).
• Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
• Prepare monthly bank and credit card reconciliations and other analyses.
• Maintain internal controls to safeguard financial data.
• Prepare special financial reports and trend analyses.
