Job summary

Cyzerg is seeking a hands-on Bookkeeper to support one of our clients with end-to-end accounting and financial tasks. The role requires working 8am to 5pm EST, and relocation to Clark Pampanga is required.

You will manage receivables, payables, payroll, and financial reporting while maintaining strict internal controls. The ideal candidate has 3–4 years in Accounting/Finance, strong Excel and ERP/QuickBooks skills, and excellent communication in English.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of experience in Accounting and Finance
• Must be willing to relocate to Clark Pampanga — a must
• Must be able to work from 8am to 5pm EST
• 1 year experience as a senior accountant or similar role (preferred)
• Strong computer skills and accounts reconciliation knowledge
• Ability to communicate well at all levels with insurance companies and clients
• Fluent in English with strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Self-motivated and proactive with creative and critical thinking capabilities

Responsibilities

• Prepare asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information
• Document financial transactions by entering account information
• Prepare balance sheet, profit and loss statement, cash flow projections and reports
• Prepare and send invoices to clients for costs outside insurance coverage
• Record, monitor, and report accounts receivable; follow up with clients and insurers
• Record, track, and establish payment schedules for accounts payable
• Prepare payroll computations for US employees
• Maintain and organize accounting trails (receipts, invoices, etc.)
• Substantiate financial transactions by auditing documents
• Reconcile financial discrepancies by analyzing account information
• Prepare monthly bank and credit card reconciliations and analyses
• Maintain financial security by following internal controls
• Prepare management reports including budget vs cost and efficiency analyses
• Protect operations by keeping financial information confidential
• Coordinate with insurance companies on claims status and related concerns
• Contribute to team efforts and related results
