Cyzerg is seeking a hands-on General Accountant to support one of our clients across accounting functions. The role requires 8am–5pm US time, strong organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize deadlines. The ideal candidate communicates well in English and can engage with all levels of the business.

Responsibilities cover financial entries, reporting, invoicing, payroll processing for US employees, and maintaining robust internal controls. Relocation to Clark Pampanga is required.

Competenze

• Bachelor or degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 3-4 years of accounting/finance experience.
• Willing to relocate to Clark Pampanga – a must!
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills.

Mansioni

• Prepare asset, liability, and capital account entries by analyzing information.
• Document financial transactions by entering account information.
• Prepare balance sheets, P&L, cash flow projections, AR aging, and other reports.
• Prepare and send invoices for costs outside insurance coverage.
• Manage AR and follow up with clients/insurers for current/overdue accounts.
• Record, track, and schedule payments for payables.
• Process payroll for US employees.
• Maintain accounting trails and documents.
• Audit financial documents and reconcile discrepancies.
• Prepare monthly bank and credit card reconciliations and analyses.
• Maintain internal controls and financial security.
• Prepare management reports including budgets vs costs and efficiency.
• Protect financial information and confidentiality.
