Job summary

Cyzerg India is seeking a hands-on General Accountant to support a U.S.-based client, from 8am–5pm U.S. time. The role requires a solid accounting background, communication across levels, and ability to manage payroll for U.S.

employees. Willingness to relocate to Clark Pampanga is mandatory. You will maintain accounting trails, prepare financial statements and reports, and coordinate with clients and insurers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 3-4 years of experience in Accounting and Finance.
• Willing to relocate in Clark Pampanga – A must!
• Must be able to work from 8pm to 5am PH time.
• 1 year experience as a senior accountant or similar role (preferred).
• Must have strong computer skills and accounts reconciliation knowledge.
• Can communicate well in all levels in the organization, insurance companies and clients.
• Strong knowledge of QuickBooks or any other ERP solutions.
• Advance excel skills.
• Confident, assertive, and capable of working independently. Detail-oriented.
• Fluent in English with strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication Skills
• Self-motivated and proactive with demonstrated creative and critical thinking capabilities

Responsibilities

• Prepare asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
• Document financial transactions by entering account information.
• Prepare balance sheet, profit and loss statement, cash flow projection, and other reports.
• Prepare and send invoices to clients for costs outside of insurance coverage.
• Record, monitor, and report accounts receivables and follow up with clients/insurance.
• Record, track, and establish payment schedules for payables.
• Prepare payroll computation for US employees.
• Maintain and organize all accounting trails (receipts, invoices).
• Substantiate financial transactions by auditing documents.
• Reconcile financial discrepancies by analyzing account information.
• Prepare monthly bank and credit card reconciliation statements.
• Maintain financial security by following internal controls.
• Prepare special financial reports and trend analyses.
• Maintain client confidence and confidentiality of financial data.
• Assist with insurance claims processing and status checks.
• Prepare management reports including budget vs cost and efficiency analyses.
• Contribute to team effort by achieving related results as needed.
