The successful candidate will join a fast-paced financial team, handling month-end activities and ensuring accurate financial reporting across the Philippines entity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Accountancy is required.
• CPA is preferred.
• At least 5 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP.
• Experience with Oracle ERP and Concur is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain primary and statutory books for Lattice Philippines.
• Prepare month-end close journal entries and close activities.
• Prepare account reconciliations and analyses.
• Coordinate with external auditors during financial audits.
• Ensure local compliance requirements per country.
