Lattice Semiconductor Corp. in Manila, Philippines is seeking a General Accountant to support consolidated accounting, ensure policy compliance, and maintain internal controls.

The role involves preparing month-end close entries, reconciliations, and financial analyses. The ideal candidate will have a BS in Accountancy, a CPA is preferred, and at least 5 years of relevant experience with Oracle ERP, Concur, and strong technical accounting skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Accountancy is required.
• CPA certification is preferred.
• Experience in US GAAP and SOX controls.
• Experience with Oracle ERP and Concur is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Prepare month end close journal entries and close activities.
• Prepare account reconciliations and analyses.
• Ensure SOX compliance and documentation.
• Coordinate with external auditors during financial audits.
• Handle local Philippines compliance requirements.
• Coordinate with third-party accounting and payroll.
• Womb-to-tomb accounting processes.
• Process Concur employee reimbursements.
• Address ad hoc financial reporting requests.
