Job summary

Lattice Philippines is seeking an experienced accounting professional to support consolidated accounting, ensure policy compliance and lead monthly close activities across multiple entities. Responsibilities include intercompany eliminations, currency revaluations, and collaboration with FP&A, Treasury, and external auditors.

The ideal candidate holds a BS in Accountancy, CPA preferred, with at least 5 years of US GAAP experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Accountancy (CPA preferred)
• 5+ years of relevant experience
• Strong technical accounting background with US GAAP
• Experience with Oracle ERP, Blackline, Concur a plus
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and communication skills
• Ability to lead meetings and manage multiple priorities

Responsibilities

• Support consolidated accounting and policy compliance
• Manage monthly close across multiple entities
• Perform intercompany eliminations and consolidation entries
• Conduct FX, CTA, and other analyses as part of close cycle
• Prepare monthly forecasts and liaise with FP&A and Treasury
• Coordinate with external auditors and ensure SOX/compliance
